Absorption Refrigeration Systems: Principles and Advantages of Cooling

The idea of using an absorption fluid as a refrigerant carrier derived from the drawback of VCR (vapor–compression refrigeration) systems that the gas compression requires a high work input. A pump that requires practically no work to increase the pressure in the refrigeration system replaces the complicated and work-consuming compressor. There are two major advantages of absorption refrigeration systems (ARSs) compared with VCRs (vapor–compression refrigeration): No CFCs or HCFCs are used as refrigerants, and they use heat from different sources, such as combustion, industrial processes, waste heat (an economical solution for recovery), or solar heat. Commercial Heating - Choosing the Reliable One

commercial heating
Anyone who has ever been caught in the rain or snow knows that just being inside and out of the elements is a real lifesaver. But, when cave dwellers figured out how to build a fire, they opened a new chapter for the human race: central heating. Humans have long had the urge to congregate around the warmth and flickering light of fires. Before long, somebody even figured out how to use that warmth for cooking. (more…)

Choosing the Right Insulation Methods and Materials to Prevent Heat Loss

insulation material products
Extensive insulation repairs are usually done by contractors having the specific skills and equipment appropriate to the type of insulation being installed. Experience indicates that some insulation methods are much better than others, particularly for buried pipe.

Become familiar with the advantages and disadvantages of all the insulation methods before initiating the work. (more…)

Heat Transmission | Difference Between Heat and Temperature

heat transmission temperature
Heat has a enormous influence in our daily lives. Heat quantity exposed in our live has related to the foods we eat, the temperature changes of our house and buildings, and clothes we wear. Heat can be transferred between different objects with different temperature. But do you know that heat is different from temperature? (more…)
